Warranty
We build our pedals to withstand serious abuse. Lets be honest, no one wants to question the quality of something that they stomp on regularly!
However, the manufacturing process of the components we use isn't always perfect. We are buying parts in bulk, so sometimes there is a dud that works through the testing stage, but not long after. That's why we offer a full 3 Year Warranty on all our products.
"What does this cover?"
Our warranty covers any defective parts with no questions asked. If your pedal isn't working 100% perfectly, let us know and we'll make it right!
"But what about the cost of return shipping? It's not my fault that its not working!"
We will refund your shipping cost after your repairs are made*. We feel that NO customer should be put out due to something that is beyond their control. You as a customer were kind enough to choose our product over a million other competitors, so we try to remind you why you did. (*Customers must send any repairs back by the method that we ask as we will NOT cover any costs over the amount that we pre-arrange.)
"What doesn't this cover?"
If you for example, run over your pedal with your tour van, spill beer on it at a gig, drop it off the empire state building, let your girlfriend set her hot curling iron on it, your toddler drops it in the toilet, use it as a jack stand while changing a tire, then you will have to pay for any repairs and shipping costs.
This also includes plugging in power supplies you "found in a drawer and it said 9 volts" so you put it in and it went fizzle. We have preventative parts that keep the entire pedal from being ruined, but it will still require repairs. The $10-20 for a cheap power supply will pay for itself if you have to spend the $16 to ship it back to us because you couldn't wait! We want you to start enjoying your pedal as soon as possible :)
Think of it like a cell phone that you got from a service provider that wasn't dreadful. If it's your fault, it's not covered. If its our fault, it is and we'll make it right!
Update to International Warranty** (Oct.15/2015)
In order to continue shipping internationally we have had to revise our policy slightly. The 3 Year Warranty still applies, however we can only reimburse the return shipping within the first 60 days. We will still ship the repaired pedal back at no charge, but the customer will be responsible for returning the pedal to us. Unfortunately this is the best we can do in order to continue to provide our products globally. Thank you for your understanding.

"Do you accept returns?"
Short answer, Yes.
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your pedal and you aren't interested in exchanging it for something else, we will refund your money. Returns are only available within the first 14 days of receiving the pedal (We go by the date the tracking number says it was delivered)
Refunds MUST be approved by a member of the Airis Effects staff and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please also note that any Beta and Custom Shop pedals purchased from us are NOT returnable.
